SECTION 1 - PROGRAM INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the EMBODY FEMININE LEADERSHIP (EFL) MEMBERSHIP ("the Program"). By enrolling in and accessing the Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
All course materials, including videos, readings, and assignments, are available on a self-paced basis. You may access them at your convenience during the access period.
All content provided in the Program is owned by The Creatrix LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content solely for your personal educational purposes.
SECTION 2 - ENROLLMENT AND ACCESS
Enrollment is open to individuals who meet the Program's prerequisites, as outlined in the course description. Once you have enrolled in the Program, you will receive access to the course materials through our online platform. Access is granted for a period of 6 months from the date of enrollment. If you need longer access, please email info@laylaelkhadri.com and the team will grant you extra time. We want everyone to have enough time to do the work. Access to the Program is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with others.
SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 4 – CONFIDENTIALITY
You shall preserve in strict confidence all confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information of The Creatrix LLC or received from The Creatrix LLC, whether or not marked «proprietary» or «confidential», and whether oral or written. Confidential Information shall not include information that you can demonstrate by written evidence that was publicly available at the time of disclosure or was independently developed by you without reference to confidential information. You will not (i) disclose or cause to be disclosed at any time any confidential information obtained from The Creatrix LLC, or (ii) use or cause to be used any of such confidential information for any purpose, except as required in the performance of the program or services. You hereby represent, warrant, and covenant that you shall maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to (1) ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of all confidential information, (2) protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security, integrity or confidentiality of confidential information, and (3) protect against unauthorized access to or use or disclosure of confidential information.
SECTION 5 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. All content on the website as well as any services provided are intended for professional use or business-related use. The Creatrix LLC does not guarantee any benefits, profits, performance benefits, or any other results. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
SECTION 6 - TERMINATION FOR CAUSE
The Creatrix LLC. may, at any time, terminate any programs or services, or any part thereof, if you breach any of the terms and conditions or any agreement. By ways of example, (a) failure by you to make timely, complete, and conforming payment according to the program of service you purchased, (b) abusive, rude, aggressive, or otherwise elicit threatening behavior in writing, physically, or verbally towards anyone within The Creatrix LLC. or associated with the EFL brand, or (c) harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate anyone within The Creatrix LLC. or associated with the EFL brand on any social media platform, or (d) breach of the representations or warranties set forth in these terms and conditions or any other agreement, shall entitle The Creatrix LLC. to terminate its business relation with you. If any agreement is terminated for cause, The Creatrix LLC. shall have no payment obligation to you. Moreover, there will be no reimbursement of payments you already made, and in the event a payment plan was agreed upon, you will remain liable for the full payment.
SECTION 7 – TERMINATION FOR CONVENIENCE
You may, by written notice to The Creatrix LLC, terminate all or part of any agreement, for any or no reason, for your convenience. Upon notice of termination, you shall immediately stop using any program and/or service pursuant to any agreement. If you terminate for convenience, you shall pay any remaining outstanding balance, if any, for any program or service you purchase. If you terminate for convenience before the end of a program or service, The Creatrix LLC will have no obligation to reimburse any amount paid the whole as liquidated damages.
SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Wyoming and the laws of the United States. All matters arising under or related to these terms and conditions, programs, or services rendered by The Creatrix LLC shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the province of Wyoming and shall be properly brought and heard in the courts located in Wyoming.
SECTION 9 - REFUNDS
Unless otherwise stated, all items and programs purchased are 100% non-refundable and returns will not be accepted. All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
SECTION 10 - PAYMENTS ON PROGRAMS
In addition to what is set out in sections 6, 7, 9, or any other section of the present terms and conditions, it is agreed upon that:
You are responsible for paying the full amount of the price you originally agreed to pay for any program you purchase, regardless if you leave the program, do not complete it in the time frame provided, or don't use the container at all or for whatever other purpose set out in the present terms and conditions.
If you were not able to pay in full for a program and require a payment plan you are still responsible for the full purchase price of the program originally agreed to. If you are purchasing the EMBODY FEMININE LEADERSHIP (EFL) MEMBERSHIP on a payment plan, and you choose to terminate your agreement before your program agreement has been completed, you will be responsible for paying the difference of the full price for each program that has taken place since you registered (because you are no longer considered to be taking the EMBODY FEMININE LEADERSHIP (EFL) MEMBERSHIP Experience).
If payments are late, or you fail to make a payment, we reserve the right to remove you from all programs, and from the EMBODY FEMININE LEADERSHIP (EFL) MEMBERSHIP experience where applicable, until payments are again current unless such payment default is remedied within five (5) days from receiving a notice to that effect. We reiterate that, as mentioned in sections 6 and 7 of the present terms and conditions, we also reserve the right to terminate your agreement and you will be responsible for paying the difference of the full price for each program that has taken place since you registered the whole as liquidated damages.
While The Creatrix LLC. does provide many Live programs, it is not guaranteed that each program within the agreement will be Live. The Creatrix LLC. retains the right to provide pre-recorded programs as needed. If you are purchasing EMBODY FEMININE LEADERSHIP (EFL) MEMBERSHIP, you are responsible for the entire amount originally agreed to. As mentioned in the present terms and conditions, there are no refunds or early terminations for these services.
